Salt Spring Wild Cider is looking for a dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen team If you love working with fresh, local ingredients and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

About Us:
We’re a craft cidery located on beautiful Salt Spring Island, serving up high-quality food alongside our award-winning ciders. Our kitchen focuses on farm-to-table ingredients, simple but well-executed dishes, and a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

What You’ll Do:
Work the both hot and cold side line efficiently during busy services
Prepare and plate high-quality dishes following our recipes and standards
Assist with prep, station setup, and daily cleaning tasks
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to keep service smooth

What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen working all stations
Ability to handle a busy, high-volume service with a cool head
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
Food Safe certification (or willing to obtain)

Pay is 22-24/hr plus tips (between 3$/hr (low season) and 7$/hr(high season). Salt Spring Wild kitchen makes everything from scratch, sources it's food from local providers when available and uses sustainable and organic when possible.

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
