We are looking for a Store Manager for our West Edmonton store in Edmonton, AB. This is a full-time position with an expectation to work between 32 and 40 hours per week, in-store. Hours and days can be flexible as managers create the store schedule. Our mínimal requirements are that managers are expected to work Wednesday mornings to attend our weekly meetings, and at least one shift on the following weekend days; either Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday. Scheduling yourself on _at least one of these days_ is required _3 out of 4 weekends_ a month. Wage is negotiable, based on experience, and benefits are available after 6 months.

Ability to safely travel 5 kilometers away from the mall is required to perform bank deposits multiple times a week; as such a drivers license is strongly preferred. Following training, managers and staff will be required to work alone on shift during most opening and closing hours.

Other key responsibilities are the motivation to create beautiful visual displays, and they'll be dedicated to our Culture Craze customers by maintaining genuine and helpful interactions. Culture Craze provides customers with high-quality body jewelry and prides itself on knowledgeable team members who are passionate about the body modification industry. As a manager you'll be expected to maintain those standards and create a positive environment where our customers feel comfortable and enthusiastic to shop with us; body jewellery experience will be considered an asset.

Duties include managing all in-store operations such as:
Sales and setting goals
- Enthusiastic and dedicated customer service
- Learning brand knowledge for our clothing, body jewellery, accessories, etc
- Manage payroll and scheduling
- Inventory and stock reporting
- Merchandising - refilling sold merchandise, creating displays
- Receiving orders - reporting errors, steaming clothing
- Recruit, hire, train, and coaching high performing store team
- Complete weekly reports and attend weekly manager meetings
- Bank deposits

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
