We at DS Services are looking for a new Warehouse Customer Service Associate for our e
- commerce warehouse. We primarily deal with office furniture, computers & electronics and a large range of other miscellaneous items. We’re seeking individuals with excellent organizational and computer skills. Experience in a warehouse role is a great asset

**Job Description**:
You will primarily work in our Kijiji/Facebook Marketplace department. This role requires
customer service, critical thinking and organizational skills. You will be required to assist
customers who visit the warehouse and move items. You will be marketing our products and
helping to ensure smooth operations of our online storefronts. You will be required to research,
test, clean and post products to our online stores. You will primarily deal with office furniture
and appliances. You need to be able to clean products and keep the warehouse organized. You
must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently. You will be helping in other departments when
required.

Your primary duties will be:

- Assisting customers at the door as well as through messages and phone
- Moving items weighing up to 50 pounds when needed
- Research product specifications and values
- Test products to ensure they are in working, marketable condition
- Clean products (including large furniture and appliance items) and prepare them for sale
- Create listings on our online storefronts based on company standards
- Help keep the warehouse clean and organized
- You will be helping in other departments when required.

- Time management ability
- Flexibility to help with new tasks in the warehouse
- Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Etc.)
- Basic photography skills
- Ability to clean products and keep things organized
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
We're seeking a driven individual with an interest in a large variety of products. You will gain a

**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour
