There are good opportunities to grow with the company. - Our bread and treats are baked fresh daily without added preservatives. - We donate all of our end-of-day baked goods to community charities. - We provide benefits upon successful completion of the 3-month probationary period. - Compensation will be commensurate to experience. **As a Baker at COBS Bread, you will**: - Work with other Bakers and the Production Manager to ensure the bread quality and range are to COBS Bread standards and delivered on time to exceed customer expectations. - Maintain the safety of staff and customers by upholding the COBS Bread brand and standards. - Be assigned an initial designated area of responsibility (Bowl, Bench, or Ovens) and will cross-functionally train and learn all areas. - Assist with stock rotation. - Provide delightful customer service. - Demonstrate teamwork and foster good working relationships within the entire team. **Responsibilities** - Baking starts at 3:00 AM.
