**About the role**:
Clutch is looking for a **Vehicle Appraiser (Sell-to-Clutch)** to join our **Marketplace Supply (a.k.a Sell-to-Clutch) team** In this position, you will be working closely with the team to grow and scale our inventory across Canada by implementing cost and pricing frameworks and enhancing purchasing decisions. This role will allow you to help drive the business forward using your detail-oriented skills, out-of-the-box thinking, get-stuff-done mentality, and commitment to winning.
**What you'll do**:
- Appraise customer inbound vehicles across multiple markets using retail and auction data
- Determine retail pricing for newly acquired vehicles or identify those that do not meet our standards and send them to auction
- Identify and price damages for vehicles in real time as they are acquired according to our production standards
- Assist with projects to organize and refine vehicle data in our internal database.
**We're looking for**:
- 1-2 years of experience in automotive industry as an Estimator, Insurance Adjuster, Arbitrator, Service Advisor, Sales, Vehicle Buyer, Vehicle Appraiser, Remarketing Service Specialist etc.
- Strong passion for cars is preferred
- High attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excited to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft and/or Google Sheets
- Must be comfortable working **on-site** at our **Mississauga** facility
- Flexible schedule, must be able to work **weekends and late shifts (9am-5pm /1pm-9pm)**
