**The Role**

B&R believes that every employee's value is fixed and high, and as such you’ll have a tremendous chance to both make an individual impact and develop your skills. In this role you’ll have the chance to drive impact through programming and production development on our CNC Lathe machines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create CNC Lathe programs to drawing specifications
- Handling and packaging of parts
- Setup tools, work holding and fixtures
- Produce first off parts
- Cross-functional support as directed

**Requirements**:

- Good reading, writing and verbal communications skills
- English Speaking
- CNC Lathe programming experience is essential
- Experience machining complex parts with tight tolerances is an asset
- Experience with Okuma Lathe is an asset
- Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

**Experience**:

- CNC Lathe Operation & Programming: 1 year (preferred)
- CNC Machinist: 1 year (preferred)
- Aerospace Machining: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (required)
