We are a licensed insolvency trustee firm seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Spanish Speaking Insolvency Counsellor/Estate Administrator.

As a an Insolvency Counsellor/Estate Administrator, you will be responsible for administering estates in accordance with the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, communicating with debtor and creditors and doing counselling sessions. You will be required to interact with clients in a compassionate and understanding manner, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment

Assets:

- Experience as an insolvency counsellor or related field
- Fluency in Spanish
