**JOB SUMMARY**
- This job is exclusively for Co-op Students who are enrolled in a recognized post-secondary co-operative education program.
- You are responsible for assisting with research, and for working with departments across the City to develop, maintain and coordinate a calendar of expected surveys. You assist with preparing draft content to communicate information, review data, and assist with developing reporting tools and dashboards.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Enrolment in a recognized co-operative education program in data analytics, public administration, communication, project management or a related field
- No experience required
- Experience working with surveys, open data, data governance, and/or managing projects will be considered an asset

**KNOWLEDGE**
- Knowledge of project management practices
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation, including the rights and duties of workers

**COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Ability to conduct research, sort and categorize findings
- Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from information
- Ability to present information in a clear and direct manner both written and verbal to various audiences
- Attention to detail
- Self motivated, results oriented and ability to multitask
- Strong organizational, judgment and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions, request clarification when required, and support projects through completion
- Willingness to learn

**WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW**
- Language Requirement: English oral, reading, writing
- Experience and formal training combined with demonstrated performance and ability may substitute for stipulated academic requirements.
