**Summary**

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our logistics and inventory functions. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Logistics & Warehouse Operations, this role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of products across our retail and ecommerce channels. The position may also supervise 1-2 warehouse team members and work closely with cross-functional departments, including buying, ecommerce, and customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy
- Maintain and improve logistics workflows for both ecommerce and retail operations
- Process and ship all online orders accurately and on time
- Perform quality control on incoming stock and maintain accurate inventory records
- Manage vendor communications and oversee PO tracking, replenishments, and returns
- Create and submit daily vendor orders; coordinate vendor returns and optimize RTV processes
- Process customer returns, refunds, and maintain accurate records for end-of-month analytics
- Assist with minor accounting tasks including invoice validation and dispute submission
- Support product templating and article creation for seasonal store and online launches
- Ensure data accuracy across systems including Shopify, Lightspeed, ChannelAdvisor, and ShipStation
- Monitor inventory performance and implement corrective actions as needed
- Recruit, train, and lead warehouse staff
- Contribute to seasonal planning, logistics forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment (retail/ecommerce strongly preferred)
- Leadership or management experience is required (supervisory experience in ecommerce is a strong asset)
- Strong knowledge of Shopify, Lightspeed, ChannelAdvisor, ShipStation, or similar systems — experience with any ERP systems is also considered an asset
- Advanced Excel skills and a high level of accuracy with data
- Demonstrated ability to manage purchase orders and inventory systems
- Effective communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience in fashion retail or small business is an asset

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week

**Education**:
