Mint tiny house company are hiring finishing carpenters

**Perks**:

- Job location does not change, you would be coming to work in the same building every day meaning you do not need to haul tools in and out every day, you can leave them securely on site.
- Lots of room for growth.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Trimming windows.
- Installing doors, baseboards, mouldings etc.
- Installing cabinets, countertops etc.
- Installing appliances such as kitchen hood fans, fridges and laundry units.
- Flooring installation (laminate & vinyl)

**Requirements**:

- Must be hardworking, a team player and have a good work ethic.
- Must be able to follow direction and company systems.
- Must be physically fit. Due to the nature of this role you will be required to climb ladders, climb into loft areas where the ceiling heights are low etc.
- You must have a good eye for detail, quality workmanship is essential.
- Must be able to work efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years previous experience for experienced carpenters.
- Minimum 1 year previous carpentry experience for apprentices.
- WHIMIS

**Tools required**:
We provide the major tools such as:
Mitre saws, table saws, air compressors, cutting blades and drill bits
You will need to have:
Tool belt + general carpentry hand tools such as hammers, tape, chisels etc.
Cordless Drill & impact
Jigsaw
Multitool
18G brad nailer (cordless or air)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $27.00-$32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
