We're looking for you to join our team as an **Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (ID&E) Manager** from **anywhere in Canada.**

As the Manager, you'll be closely collaborating with our HR, ID&E Council, Chief Mental Health Officer, Marketing & Communications, Social Impact, and ERG teams to advance our ID&E priorities. This role has a strong focus on metrics and reporting, engagement & communications, managing programs and initiatives, and external sponsorships.

- **
ID&E Programs & Initiatives - **Planning and delivering equity, inclusion and mental health programs, training, and strategic initiatives both internally and externally
- ** Insights & Reporting - **Delivering ID&E reporting across key talent processes (representation, recruitment, advancement, retention, performance, employee listening), training, and mental health
- ** Identify Trends & Recommendation -** Visualizing and bringing together insights from multiple data sources and identifying the story behind the numbers, highlighting key trends and opportunities, and recommending practical actions to address
- ** Scorecards & Metrics - **Continually design, develop, and update ID&E reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and key performance indicators to track progress
- ** Engagement & Communications - **Drafting internal, external communications, social media, and presentation materials for our programs
- ** People Network Enablement - **Engaging People Networks (ERGs) as strategic ID&E partners by enabling their growth, supporting them in amplifying their voices through innovative internal and external communications/campaigns, and enabling them to engage allies through impactful firmwide education
- ** Project Management - **Managing initiatives and projects that involve collaboration with various stakeholders and leading project management by ensuring timelines, communication, and key deliverables are being met

- Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Experience leading/managing inclusion, equity, diversity, mental health, anti-racism related initiatives, training and/or programs
- Strong commitment to and knowledge of ID&E principles and practices
- Prior experience working with large data sets to deliver metrics and visualize data sources in presentations using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and dashboards
- Eager to build relationships with the people around you
- Strong time and project management skills
