Be our next **Land Development Construction Coordinator**

**Your work environment at EXP**

In this role, you will be a part of the **Land Development**team, based in **Calgary**office.

The successful applicants will be joining a diverse engineering group in Western Canada poised for growth and challenging opportunities well into the future. This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Director, Land Development Western Canada **.**

EXP’s Calgary Land Development Team is uniquely positioned and growing in our industry, providing our team with opportunities for advancement while they learn from our well tenured leaders. We work for many of the top land developers in and around the City of Calgary on large and multifaceted projects and with a broad variety of partners from planners to archaeologists to approving authorities. We provide our team with an opportunity to work in an industry that has a large beneficial impact on the residents of the City of Calgary and surrounding area.

**What your experience looks like**
- Have a strong customer service orientation
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Bring a high level of knowledge in Microsoft Office. MS Office Apps primarily used include: Excel, Project, SharePoint, Word
- Having a background in Land Development construction, preferably in the Calgary Region, is an asset
- Having a background in construction cost estimation and quantity measurement is an asset.
- Understanding accounting and project management principles and practices is an asset
