About the Role:
**Responsibilities**:
Administrative:

- Provide full cycle bookkeeping services to a number of clients.
- Provide catch up bookkeeping services.
- Assist CEO with various special projects as required.
- Assisting other bookkeepers with reconciling and analysing bookkeeping records.
- Prepare and review month ends and year ends.
- Ensure deadlines and commitments are met efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Business Support:

- Manage daily schedules, including meetings, appointments, and events.
- Support with marketing, social media, branding, and event planning initiatives.
- Coordinate and assist with business projects, meetings, and deadlines.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
- Conduct research and provide concise summaries or recommendations.
- Liaise with team members to ensure smooth workflow.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in office software, specifically with QuickBooks online.
- Proficient in using excel to prepare and analysis large volumes of data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- A high level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
- Flexibility to occasionally assist outside of traditional office hours.
