**Role Overview**

**What you’ll do**
- Work with stakeholders in Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to document and map business processes and system requirements end-to-end.
- Run discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture needs, validate workflows, and define acceptance criteria.
- Build, maintain, and improve operational and analytical reports, dashboards, and visualizations used by leadership and operational teams.
- Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT): create test scenarios, track issues, and coordinate fixes with technical teams.
- Partner with Finance and IT to refine financial reporting, consolidation flows, and performance management processes.
- Support master data activities to improve data quality and consistency across systems.
- Contribute to the BI data model and identify new internal data sources to enhance insights.

**What we’re looking for**
- Hands‑on experience across full project lifecycles for ERP or enterprise system implementations (requirements → UAT → go‑live).
- Strong background in business intelligence and analytics, including data modeling and report development with visualization tools.
- Solid skills in process mapping, requirements documentation, and use of standard modeling approaches.
- Familiarity with financial close/consolidation and planning & analysis workflows is a plus.
- Post‑secondary degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Clear communicator who can translate technical detail for non‑technical stakeholders and lead cross‑functional collaboration.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver work on schedule.
