We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, assisting with retail sales, and maintaining the front desk operations of our salon. **Responsibilities**
- Greet clients warmly as they enter the salon and provide them with information about services offered.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations through phone calls and in-person interactions.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to sanitation standards.
- Assist stylists by preparing clients for their appointments and managing any necessary paperwork.
- Promote and upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience.
- Handle retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth salon operations.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service is essential, preferably in a salon or beauty-related environment.
- Familiarity with hair styling techniques is a plus but not required; a passion for the beauty industry is encouraged.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience with retail sales and upselling techniques is beneficial.
- Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness within the salon environment.

Pay: $17.96-$22.98 per hour
