**Quality Control Inspector**:

**What You Will Do In Your Role**:

- Ability to perform Incoming, In Process and Final Inspection in accordance with drawings, specifications, work instructions, documented procedures and customer requirements.
- Calibration control of measuring equipment
- Carry out NDT activities as per the requirements shown in ITP
- Welding inspection During, After & Before welding
- Dimensional and visual Inspection
- Inspection of coated parts as per painting specifications
- Inspection of NCR parts for assembly and suggest rework
- Verification of materials identity before starting any activities
- Review all welding documents including welder certificates, WPSs & PQRs
- Carry out in-process audits in shop floor
- Work with Materials Management to release materials received to shop
- Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
- Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records.
- Assist Quality Manager for Internal, External & Third-party Audits
- Any job-related task assigned by the Quality Manager

**The Experience You Will Bring**:
**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or any equivalent/higher education in related field
- Knowledge of Welding Processes (FCAW, GMAW, SMAW, SAW & GTAW)
- Having a basic knowledge of math is essential in measuring and calculating specifications and drawing requirements.
- Ability to use measuring equipment such as Calipers, Micrometers, Optical Inspection Equipment, Gages, Meters.

**What Will Put You Ahead**:

- AWS-CWI or CSWIP 3.1, ASNT Level II (PT, MT, RT, UT, VT), or equivalent
- Have an excellent Welding Inspection Background
- Good working knowledge of manufacturing of Pressure Vessels and Process Piping codes
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing Engineering Drawings
- Microsoft office skills
