**Primary Job Duties**:

- Refine scope of work and detail subcontracts
- Manage multiple projects in various stage of activities
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, scope, and schedule
- Supervise construction sites
- Coordinate teams and subtrades
- Participate in engineering process to control cost and client budget requirements of project
- Develop project schedule and monitor/update as project progresses
- Provide technical interpretation of design documents in support of installation superintendents and trades people
- Provide specific expertise and critical thinking for problem solving
- Provide technical evaluation of subcontractor and equipment proposals
- Monitor and inspect construction to ensure compliance with design documents
- Coordinate completion of construction activities
- Prepare punch list to ensure the readiness of systems for turnover to the client
- Prepare customer proposals and project change order
- Participate in workplace health and safety compliance

Qualifications:
**Experience and Skills**:

- 5-7 years’ experience in construction project management
- Possess an engineering degree
- Understanding of commercial electrical and HVAC systems
- Ability to read, and understand scope of work and engineering design drawings
- Leadership and Organization skills
- Winning mentality and team player
- Knowledge of construction safety, policies, and procedures, with field experience a plus.
- Strong communication skills in customer facing settings
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with data centers, critical infrastructure, networking facilities and telecom construction is an asset
