Maintenance Cleaner

Looking for a facility maintenance technician/cleaner for managing facilities and conducting maintenance on site within the Peterborough area.

Travel pay and gas included when travelling to other sites.

Hourly wage is dependent on abilities and skills, the more qualified the higher the rate.

**Job Responsibilities include;**
- running sweeper machines, cleaning washrooms, dust unit doors, etc..
- working at heights
- landscaping
- ability to do heavy lifting of 50 or more pounds
- maintaining facilities and the premises
- Have a vehicle and valid drivers license to travel to different locations throughout the day if necessary

**Employees need to be;**
- Punctual and reliable
- Be able to work alone as well as with team members
- have full availability throughout the week
- Great communication skills while communicating with other staff members
- Be able to complete tasks in a timely manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
