Our facility in Red Deer is growing, and we’re looking for highly motivated and experienced CNC Machinists to join our team. **What You'll Do**
- Responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC lathes &/or milling machines to produce high-precision components.
- Interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Perform inspections using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, CMMs, etc.).
- Maintain quality control throughout the machining process.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot and improve processes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company and safety standards.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency with Mazak, or similar CNC control systems.
- Strong understanding of G-code, part setup, and precision measuring tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
- Experience working with tight tolerances and complex geometries.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

**Preferred Assets**
- Journeyman Machinist Certification (or equivalent).
- Familiarity with CAM software (e.g., GibbsCam, Mastercam).
- Forklift or overhead crane certification.
