L'AVENTURA, a welcoming rental building, has an opportunity for a Housekeeping Attendant (experience not required) to fill a permanent, full-time position Working at L'AVENTURA is more than a job, it's a life experience. **ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- All other related tasks
- Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
- Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building
- Taking out the trash
**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Good team player
- Good sense of interpersonal communication
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
