Joyful Lambs Daycare is seeking passionate, nurturing, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team of childcare professionals. Our mission is to provide a joyful, safe, and developmentally enriching environment where children feel loved and supported as they grow and learn.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for children, families, and staff.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage play-based learning and development in physical, cognitive, emotional, and social areas.
- Monitor and support children’s safety, health, and well-being at all times.
- Foster positive relationships with children and encourage their sense of independence and confidence.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute daily schedules, routines, and special events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about their child’s progress, milestones, and needs.
- Adhere to all licensing regulations and Joyful Lambs Daycare policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- A genuine love for working with young children and a commitment to their development.
- Previous experience in childcare, early education, or related fields.
- Relevant certifications ECEA, ECE, CPR, First Aid
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
