**Summary**:
The Corporate Strategy team works with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and other senior leaders across the company to shape Celestica's strategic direction and deliver profitable growth. This team is responsible for managing the company's strategic planning process, assessing market opportunities and threats, recommending and prioritizing actionable growth strategies and investments, defining and executing business transformations, and supporting mergers and acquisitions that advance the company's strategic objectives.

**Detailed Description**:
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

- Act as principal strategic advisor and Chief of Staff to the Chief Strategy Officer
- Analyze potential corporate portfolio scenarios including business divestitures and acquisitions
- Conduct ongoing assessments of industry and competitive landscape
- Identify and evaluate potential blue sky projects, including extension into white spaces
- Lead creation and management of acquisition pipeline, liaising with the ATS and CCS strategy teams
- Drive critical deal phases through LOI acceptance and commercial diligence
- Support development of executive-level communications at all levels of the company, including the Board of Directors
- Own the corporate strategy operating model, including learning and development and performance management
- Manage intern hiring, onboarding, and development
- Lead other special initiatives as requested by the CEO/CFO/CSO

**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**:
Desired Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience, with three or more years in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
- Experience leading project teams of cross functional leaders as well as managing and developing a team of junior resources
- Skilled at influencing and communicating with a diverse set of functions and audiences
- Ability to create complex financial models to simulate portfolio-level scenarios
- Relentless focus on driving tangible impact to the corporation
