Responsibilities:

- Greeting and assisting customers including their four-legged friends in a friendly and professional manner
- Providing product information and recommendations to customers
- Operating cash register with POS system accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
- Receiving, stocking shelves and merchandising products as needed

**Requirements**:

- Able to lift up to 40 lbs throughout the day
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Warm and welcoming personality
- Passion for pets and people
- Pays attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a neat and tidy sales floor
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
