**Experienced Physical Security Technician**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Strong understanding of low voltage security equipment
  • Install, repair handicap operators
  • Fresh installation for electric strikes and wiring new and existing panels
  • Install, repair, and maintain door hardware, safe bolt works, combination lock, and time delay locks
  • Manipulate and drill combination locks as needed
  • Service and repair vault and safes
  • Provide innovative retrofit solutions to keep client equipment operational
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer needs
  • Recommend security enhancements to clients
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and follow company policies for vehicle and equipment usage
  • Follow an on-call schedule

**What You Bring**

  • Experience: 2-5 years as a locksmith/safe technician (minimum)
  • Skills: Strong diagnostic abilities, cylinder pinning, safe manipulation, and retrofitting solutions
  • Technical Knowledge: Welding experience & electronic security systems (an asset)

**Other Requirements**

  • Valid driver's license & clean driver’s abstract
  • Criminal background check required
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to lift 25 kg+ and move heavy equipment
