Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule the movement of freight and shipments
- Utilize phone systems and communication tools to effectively communicate with drivers, customers, and other team members
- Analyze supply chain data to optimize routes and ensure timely delivery
- Enter and update data in AS400 system accurately and efficiently
- Type and prepare necessary documentation for shipments
- Collaborate with 3PL partners to ensure smooth operations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a dispatching role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of freight operations and supply chain management
- Proficient in using phone systems and communication tools to coordinate logistics
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize routes and improve efficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with AS400 or similar transportation management systems
- Accurate and fast data entry skills
