We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. **Duties**:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and demonstrate features
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently through cashiering
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
**Skills**:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Common sense & initiative
- Design oriented
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales goals
- Proficient in product knowledge
- Cashiering skills to process transactions accurately
- Outstanding customer service skills to provide exceptional experiences
