**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans that promote overall childhood development.
- Support classroom management by maintaining a positive and structured learning environment.
- Engage with children during activities to encourage participation and facilitate learning.
- Help with curriculum development tailored to the needs of children, including those with disabilities or special needs.
- Provide care for toddlers and preschool-aged children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Collaborate with educators to create inclusive lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster strong relationships and support student progress.
- Monitor student behavior and implement behavior management strategies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is preferred.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and childhood development theories.
- Familiarity with special education practices, including working with individuals on the autism spectrum or other disabilities.
- Proficiency in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues..
- A genuine passion for working with young children and fostering their growth in a supportive environment.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
