Serving Edmonton and surrounding areas our technicians are responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, operation, and repair of plumbing, heating, and cooling systems for residential customers.

**Your Experience**

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with **5+ years of experience in the Sheet Metal trade** to join our team. Whether you are an apprentice or a Journeyman/Journeywoman, we want to speak with you

You will have a solid understanding of the current regulations, demonstrable knowledge, and skills for Sheet Metal Installation and servicing, ideally with some exposure and experience in the adjacent mechanical residential trades. Previous work experience in a service-focused organization would be a strong asset.

Capital Plumbing and Heating requires employees to complete a criminal/background check, you must be insurable, have clean drivers abstract, and pass substance abuse testing. You will be in close contact with our customers and pride yourself on your professional appearance.

**The Position**

This position requires the ability to work 40 hours per week, as well as potentially overtime when required. Our technicians also have the opportunity of being on call if they so choose.

Key Responsibilities include
- Complete sheet metal and duct installation and servicing for residential HVAC systems and other related in-home, service calls.
- Assist in the install, maintenance, modification, and repair of plumbing, heating, and cooling systems
- Serving the clients by expertly servicing all mechanical system needs (heating, cooling, gas-fitting and plumbing) in their homes.
- Inspect and test components of systems to ensure they are operable and safe
- Conduct heat loss/heat gain calculations to determine the proper size system for a home
- Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
- Establish rapport with clients to provide them with the right products and services.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Sheet Metal: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

Work Location: In person
