**Job Description**:
**What is the Opportunity?**:
Reporting to both the Associate Director, Operations and the Assistant Dean, Academics of the Glenn Gould School (“GGS”), the Manager, Rebanks Fellowship & Special Projects is responsible for overseeing and executing the day-to-day functions of the Rebanks Family Fellowship and International Residency Program, as well as several program areas within the GGS. Annual projects include project management of the GGS Concerto and Chamber Competitions, academic concerts such as the Piano and Vocal Showcases, and coordinating and engaging student and guest artists for various GGS internal and external performances, including its community outreach series. Additional support of other GGS program areas is occasionally required.

The incumbent of this position also works closely with both the Associate Director, Operations and the Assistant Dean, Academics of GGS regarding the budget, marketing and communications, and the general management of individual artists within the Rebanks Family Fellowship Program, and is the main contact with internal and external stakeholders.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Rebanks Family Fellowship and International Residency Program**
- Main administrative contact for all Rebanks Fellows as well as external stakeholders.
- Plans and facilitates the logistics for the production of the Rebanks Family Fellowship Concerts in the Mazzoleni Hall Concert Series.
- Manages additional recitals and external concert series with high profile community partners, such as the Canadian Opera Company.
- Schedules, organizes, and manages the execution of outreach performances and workshops, as well as ongoing relationships with new and existing community partner organizations throughout the city, travelling to host events and Q&A sessions as required.
- Coordinates workshops and events including career coaching and artist networking sessions.
- Manages the professional video recording sessions in Koerner Hall.
- Works with marketing to coordinate all publications including social media, website, and print media assets related to Rebanks Family Fellowship Program activities.
- Oversees the planning and execution of all Rebanks Fellows’ international performance residencies and processes reimbursement of all expenses.
- Prepares and coordinates contracts, schedules, travel and accommodation arrangements, and payments for visiting and collaborative artists.
- Administers, tracks, and reports on annual program budget including processing of expenses and invoices to AP.
- Tracking and reporting additional pay for GGS faculty related to Rebanks program activities. Collaborates with the Development department in the preparation of the program’s annual report, as well as performance requests for fundraising events.

**GGS Special Projects & Operations Support**
- Supports GGS with developing and maintaining relationships with organizations for engagement of external outreach performances and opportunities.
- Plans and facilitates the logistics for the production of the Piano Showcase and Vocal Showcase programs in the Mazzoleni Hall Concert Series. Provides additional support to assist with Mazzoleni Masters concerts as required.
- Plans and facilitates the logistics for the production of the GGS’ annual competitions, including the Chamber Competition and the Corcoran Concerto Competition.
- Assists with contracting and travel arrangements for visiting artists and adjudicators related to these events.
- Collaborates with GGS Assistant Dean, Academics to engage student performers for all events not part of the regular academic season, such as performances in Koerner Hall and onsite/offsite events for GGS donors.
- Designs and prints programs for at-will external student performances at the request of the Associate Director, Operations, Dean, and/or Assistant Dean, Academics.
- Coordinates all activities for the Sir Elton John Exchange Programme and other student exchanges as assigned.
- Provides artist and administrative support for the biennial RCM Violin Symposium, including but not limited to booking accommodations for visiting performers, tracking all expenses, processing payments for guest performers and clinicians, and processing payments to faculty participants.
- Performs other duties as required

**Job Requirements**:
**What We're Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in music or a related field plus a minimum of 3 years of performing arts administration and/or management experience in the arts and culture/performance sector.
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal & written) with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating tact and diplomacy at all times.
