**Job Summary**:
**This role manages cross-functional teams responsible for delivering defined projects with quality results, perform strategic business research and analysis, review, analyze and evaluate business processes, systems and users’ needs in relation with the business requirements identified.**
The Program Manager and Implementation Lead will plan, organize, monitor, and oversee projects/programs to meet defined requirements or business specifications, is able to co-direct and co-manage projects with other McKesson Project Managers, ensures that appropriate action plans are in place to resolve any issues or project health deficiencies and will provide clear and consistent communication across the organization.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Participate in the development of business cases for internal strategic projects within the Specialty business
- Provide strategic direction for all aspects of existing and new programs/projects
- Provides partners with alternative solutions and recommendations for business case, leveraging existing technology where possible
- Conduct business analysis activities using different methodologies as needed for each project/program
- Demonstrated leadership, managerial, and negotiation skills
- Developing project plans, set deadlines and coordinate activities
- Identifies critical path and dependencies to other ongoing initiatives within McKesson Specialty Health businesses
- Defining deliverables and milestones
- Setting and controlling scope
- Identifying project risks and possible mitigations
- Leading changes in compliance with Biopharma and Provider Solutions (BPS) Change Management Process
- Designing and developing business processes identifying bottlenecks and process capacities
- Coordinates with the business partner community to devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems or improves existing processes
- Ability to work closely with Process Owners and other key stakeholders to communicate progress
- Knowledge of the To-Be vision
- Conduct/Participate in User Acceptance Testing for developed solutions and features
- Tracking projects Issues till resolution during pre and post implementation phases
- Activity and task management, process monitoring, & business and technical issue resolution
- Partner and manage strategic relationships with business partners by representing and promoting IT capabilities
- Managing and monitoring project budget
- Provide regular project status updates to external stakeholders and BPS Senior Leadership
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree and 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Project, SharePoint, PowerApps, and Visio
- Strong negotiation skills
- Autonomy and self-initiative
- Cross-functionally expertise
- Understand aspects related to the business processes and supporting systems
- Customize the respective business area and make sure the system reacts in the manner according to user requirements
- Write detailed descriptions and analyze user needs
- Propose creative solutions to user problems that may arise
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Establish and communicate common goals and direction for project; coordinate cross-functional communication, problem solving and team initiatives
- Balanced mixture of skills: driver/facilitator/negotiator, visionary and doer
- Prior experience with system implementations
- Prior experience in Patient Support Programs, Pharmacy operation, and Clinic operation
- Prior experience conducting presentations and training
- PMP certification
- BA and Business Process certification
- Knowledge of Jira
- Knowledge of Agile
