We are seeking a self-directed, enthusiastic and committed individual to provide a wide range of services to support the sales, marketing and leasing operations for Shepherd Terrace Retirement, The Gardens, and Manor properties of Shepherd Village.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Post-secondary education in business administration, marketing or a related field, combined with several years previous administrative experience in sales/leasing operations.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office; proficiency with Customer Relationship Management software and social media is preferred.
- Experience in senior living a definite asset.

**KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:

- Proficient in organization of time, resources and effort, able to multi-task.
- Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
- Cooperative and flexible team player who is able to build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Able to exercise confidentiality in all matters pertaining to the Organization.
