- 3-5 years experience in an IT analyst role
- Team lead experience
- Experience working with ServiceNow
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, or commerce and 3-5 years of experience or equivalent combination
- Strong facilitation and analytical skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and perseverance
- Confident communicator who builds strong partnerships
- Team player who embraces change and process improvement
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating great products
- Agile environment experience

**What You’ll Do**
You’ll lead and support initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders while managing and improving IT solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create, manage, and resolve stories in Jira
- Manage corporate forms lifecycle (creation, release, discontinuation)
- Evaluate and develop business requirements
- Ensure development follows standards and is easy to maintain
- Manage incidents and enhancement requests
- Document and execute acceptance tests for user stories
- Provide support and guidance to team members
- Analyze and respond to incidents
- Facilitate problem-solving with business and IT teams
- Ensure high-quality solutions prior to product releases
