**Job Summary**:
The **Supervisor** plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store. This position is responsible for assisting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, supervising employees, maintaining high customer service standards, and ensuring efficient store performance. The Supervisor must be a hands-on leader, capable of multitasking and making real-time decisions to support business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Store Operations & Leadership**:

- Supervise and support store staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating team members to meet store goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, including restocking and loss prevention.
- Handle cash registers, complete transactions, and assist with cash handling duties.

**Customer Service & Sales**:

- Foster a positive shopping experience by ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate service.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Promote store promotions and upsell products to enhance sales performance.

**Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including fuel handling and store security measures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Adhere to food safety and lotto/tobacco sales regulations.

**Administrative & Reporting Duties**:

- Assist with scheduling and monitoring employee attendance.
- Help track sales, inventory, and store performance metrics.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate important updates to the Store Manager.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail, convenience store, or gas station operations preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math and computer skills (POS systems, inventory management, etc.).
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
