SMYTHE is seeking a performance-driven **Digital Marketing Specialist, Paid Media** to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth through Paid Media channels including Search, Social, Display and beyond.

You’ll take ownership of our Paid Media strategy and execution, working in close collaboration with industry leading agency partners and our in-house team. You are both creative and analytical, proactive, and always looking to test, learn and optimize in an ever-evolving digital landscape. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about data, digital performance and continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with agency partners to develop and implement multi-channel growth strategies, from ideation and briefing through to execution, to drive incremental, profitable new customer acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic networks and more.
- Manage and refine product feeds in partnership with our feed management platform, ensuring accurate data, up-to-date inventory and optimal performance for Shopping and dynamic ad placements.
- Plan and execute A/B tests across creative, copy, audiences and placements to improve performance and uncover new opportunities.
- Monitor performance, analyze data and adjust campaigns to optimize key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS and more. Produce weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with leadership to build accurate forecasts, spend plans and establish KPIs for marketing initiatives based on historical data and predictive analytics.
- Partner with internal Brand and Merchandising teams to ensure content is optimized for performance, aligned with seasonal product launches and abides by overall brand guidelines.
- Partner with internal Brand team on awareness, Affiliate and organic social media opportunities to ensure a full funnel approach.

**Experience & Skills**
- 3-5 years of hands-on, in-platform experience managing Paid Media campaigns in a DTC and omni-channel environment.
- Deep platform expertise across Google, Meta and other social media advertising platforms. Strong understanding of social commerce trends and algorithm dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, campaign reporting tools and performance platforms (e.g. GA4, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Experience working with six to seven figure budgets.
- Experience working with Media Mix Models, Match Market Tests and other modeling techniques is a plus.
- Proactive, collaborative and communicative team player with strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills.
- A curious, data-driven thinker who is constantly testing, learning and iterating to find what works—and scale it.
