- Experience in prospecting or new business development
- A college/university degree in Marketing/Sales is mandatory
- Previous experience in the plastics industry would be a great advantage
- A positive and friendly personality is a must
- Knowledge of CRM systems would be beneficial
- Multilingualism is a plus
- Experience in marketing, advertising media, associations, exhibitions will be considered
- The ability to travel is required
- Canadian PR or Citizenship is a must

As a Sales & Marketing Rep, your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and maintaining relationships to boost product sales to both new and existing customers
- Conducting outbound calls on a daily basis to reach out to potential and current customers
- Managing inbound calls and processing orders from targeted customers acquired through marketing campaigns
- Being open to travel for meetings and providing technical support to customers
- Efficiently managing opportunities, leads, and accounts using our internal sales CRM system
- Expanding customer knowledge about our products and suggesting new product lines
- Collaborating with the sales manager to address issues and capitalize on opportunities
- Conducting material tests in our lab unit and offering customers insights into material processing capabilities

This is a full-time position with dental care benefits included. We also offer extended health care and vision care as part of the schedule.

**Salary**: $61,000.00-$76,000.00 per year
