**Commercial Carpenter**

**Duties & Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Perform carpentry tasks (framing, drywall installation, doors, and trim work for commercial projects)
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to execute accurate measurements and cuts
- Install and repair structures, fixtures, and materials with precision
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to meet project timelines
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized worksite
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other carpentry equipment efficiently

**Qualifications**:

- 5 + years experience in commercial carpentry, specifically in framing, finishing, and structural work.
- Proficient in blueprint reading, measuring, cutting, and material assembly
- Familiarity with construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations
- Ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- **Preferred**: Valid driver’s license, trade certification, and safety training (e.g., Working at Heights).
