**Kids' Campus Child Care Centre is Hiring Early Childhood Assistants to join our Kindergarten and School Age Program in September **

**Job Details**

We are looking for full time energetic **Early Childhood Assistants**to join our team at our programs in Brooklin/Oshawa/ Whitby at our **Winchester & West Lynde & Maamawi iyaawag & Forest View**locations**.**

Full time employment Monday to Friday.

School year hours will be 7 hours/day in the form of a split shift.

Summer, March Break and PA day hours will be 7 hours/day in the form of a straight shift.

**Requirements**:
Acknowledges and responds to the needs of each child

Assist the Registered Early Childhood Educator in planning and implementing a program that follows the lead of the children and creates an inclusive and stimulating environment to encourage each child to explore and learn on various topics of interest

Maintains open and regular communication with co-workers

Ability to communicate verbally and written

Demonstrates skills working as a team player

Maintain confidentiality at all times

Attend and participate in all program /centre meetings and events as required

**Qualifications**:
Valid Certificate for CPR and Standard First Aid

Up to date immunizations including 2 step TB (Tuberculosis) test.

Criminal background check including vulnerable sector

Early Childhood Education Assistant diploma or Knowledge of the Child Care and Early Years act is considered an asset
