Oakville, Canada Renew Supervision Services Full time

**Parenting Time Supervisor: Oakville (Independent Contractor)**:

- Fixed Schedule: Wednesdays (6:00-8:00 p.m.) and Saturdays (9:00 a.m.1:00 p.m.)_

At Renew, we support families as they navigate new dynamics after separation. Parenting Time Supervisors play an important role in helping children maintain safe, meaningful connections with their parents in a supportive and neutral environment.

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented individual, ideally with an Early Childhood Education (ECE) background, to join our team as a Parenting Time Supervisor in Oakville.

This position is for a fixed, weekly schedule with two family:

- **Wednesdays: 6:00-8:00 p.m.**:

- **Saturdays: 9:00 a.m.1:00 p.m.**:

- Consistency is essential, as the child and family depend on the same supervisor each week.

**Compensation**
- $23.50 per hour
- Independent Contractor position (_not full-time or permanent_)

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise parenting time visits in community settings (e.g., parks, walks, recreational activities)
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children and their parent during visits
- Document clear, professional, and detailed notes for each visit (notes may be shared with the courts or child protection agencies)
- Remain calm, neutral, and solution-focused in emotionally charged situations
- Maintain respectful and professional boundaries with all parties
- Support positive parent-child interactions by encouraging age-appropriate activities

**Qualifications**
- Registered ECE designation preferred (or related child and family experience)
- Experience working with children and families
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, neutral, and professional in high-stress situations
- Understanding of inclusive and anti-oppressive practices
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Current Vulnerable Sector Police Check (required)
- Warm, approachable, and dependable
