1. **Preparation of Ingredients**: Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

2. **Baking Goods**: Operate ovens and other baking equipment to produce a variety of baked products.

3. **Recipe Development**: Experiment with and develop new recipes or improve existing ones.

4. **Quality Control**: Monitor the baking process to ensure the quality and appearance of products meet standards.

5. **Inventory Management**: Manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients, including ordering when necessary.

6. **Sanitation**: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and baking areas, adhering to food safety standards.

7. **Customer Service**: Occasionally interact with customers, especially in retail settings, to provide information about products.

8. **Team Collaboration**: Work with other kitchen staff and management to coordinate production schedules and ensure timely service.

### Qualifications:

- Experience in baking
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Good physical stamina, as the job may involve lifting heavy bags of flour and standing for long periods.

### Skills:

- Creativity in developing new recipes and decorating baked goods.
- Time management skills to balance multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week
