We pride ourselves on our teamwork, attention to detail, and passion for great cuisine. We are currently looking for a dedicated **Line Cook** to join our back-of-house team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook menu items to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation
- Assist with prep work and inventory as needed
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Work efficiently during busy service times while maintaining quality and presentation

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of line cooking or kitchen experience (preferred)
- Culinary training or certification is a plus but not required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Food Safe Level 1 (or willing to obtain)
