**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their purchases. You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience through effective communication and product knowledge.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales.
- Handle transactions accurately using cashiering skills, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating strong phone etiquette when handling inquiries or concerns regarding consignment accounts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and inventory to provide accurate information to customers.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales, consignments or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and providing accurate change. Square POS system experience an asset.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for effectively engaging with customers and colleagues.
- Position is casual hours as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week
