**AtkinsRéalis** is hiring a** Manager, Design and Build **to join our growing team **The Manager, Design and Build **will support various projects within the team across Canada This position is based in** Calgary, Alberta.**

**Your role within the team**:

- Oversee design & construction of various projects within the team including safety, cost estimation, change management, scheduling, and quality control.
- Lead to resolve all design matters between Design Build and Bid Build contractors at boundaries compliance with Technical Performance Requirements of project.
- Participate in risk identification and management related to construction and facility management.
- Provide advice to Director for change directives that are required to fix discrepancies of the original design at boundaries.
- Supervise 4 D BIM Modeler to provide 4D BIM model at interface to ensure the constructability of the work.
- Develop and maintain design interface register and Interface Control document together with Interface contractors.

- Degree in Civil or related Engineering field, MSc will be an asset.
- 10-15 years previous experience in design and facility construction with institutional/industrial/commercial process-oriented facility experience, transportation/rail sector industry preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in design
- Excellent communication, team coordination, and conflict resolution skills with an understanding of facility maintenance, repair, and safety protocols.
- Software skill Revit, Navisworks, InRoad or Civil 3D
