**Brand Ambassador/Customer Service Representative - Retail Promoter**

Optimize Marketing is looking for a BA / CSR to join our Team The Demonstrator is responsible for acquiring and maintaining knowledge of products being demonstrated. As well as serving, demonstrating, intercepting customers and providing product knowledge in a friendly and professional manner.

**Weekends**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain an overall professional appearance consistent with the requirements of the position
- Proactively intercept, engage, interact, and give product knowledge to the consumer in a positive manner
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product to consumers in-store
- Maintains a clean, sterile and safe work station
- Sets up and tears down demonstration material including tables, posters, etc
- Achieves 100% execution on scheduled shifts
- Builds and maintains rapport with store personnel to effectively meet company and client objectives
- Prepares and submits all online call reports by the designated deadline
- Any other duties as assigned

**Qualifications: Education/Experience**: One to three months related experience; customer service or Branding

**Physical Demands**:The demonstrator will be regularly required to:

- Stand up to 8 hours at a time

**Physical Appearance**:

- Individuals must ensure a professional appearance and proper grooming, cleanliness and neatness
- Be dressed in the specific uniform as per the uniform guidelines when in shift

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 48 per week
