Northbridge Insurance Technical Assistants interpret customer service requests and gather relevant information to allow for quick and accurate processing of inquiries. They work closely with our underwriters and brokers to provide technical and administrative support to them.

You’re great at:
- Organizing and prioritize work assignments- Keyboarding and data entry- Identify and understand customer needs

You have:
- Previous experience in an office environment- Ease of working in an IT environment and using various systems- Team-first mentality
