**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate commercial vehicles to transport goods safely and efficiently to designated locations.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo, utilizing forklifts when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours worked and mileage driven.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients during deliveries.
- Participate in warehouse activities as needed, including inventory management and organization.

**Qualifications**
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a strong safety record.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Experience operating forklifts is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks as required during loading and unloading processes.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate delivery records.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
