Duties & Responsibilities:

- Managed all communications and aspects of the project from start to finish for all information
- including schedule, administration, quality, resource management, technical/specifications
- ▪ Established project schedules within parameters of contractual commitments
- ▪ Oversee and coordinated design, engineering, and manufacturing teams
- ▪ Maintained continuous contact with all internal and external project teams and the client to ensure
- the project is being delivered on time, on budget and according to client specifications
- ▪ Prepared contingencies and worked with clients and architects on all change order management
- ▪ Supervised overall execution of the work on site
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
- Good communication skills; verbal and written
- Ability to work individually and as a team with minimum supervision
- Determine layout and installation procedures
- Assembly of windows and window components
- Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
- Utilize hand and power tools
- Install, repair and service interior or exterior prefabricated products
- Assembly of the main Frame as well as subassemblies
- Install glass into window and door frames and on the sites
- Task conscious - Work effectively alone or and with others
- Able to communicate and follow Instructions
- Flexible to assist with other duties

**Requirements**:

- MUST have a valid Canadian working permit
- Minimum 5 years of aluminum windows industry assembling and installation experience.
- Team player with organizational skills
- Operate manual or semi-automatic hand tools
- Valid driver’s license

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
