**Job Summary**
We are a photography company that will be a permanent vendor at a Winter Village this year that sees an average of 800,000 people throughout the 6 weeks that it’s running. Our vendor cabin is located outdoors, there is a heater inside but it is still open to the elements at the front and therefore will be cold.

We will have a full aesthetic holiday set built inside the cabin where we will be taking boutique photos of any and everyone who is interested, including children, families, couples, teens, and pets

Employees must be comfortable around pets (dogs & cats, mostly dogs though) and be outgoing and engaging.

The dates are from November 18-January 5, with Christmas Day being the only day that the Village is closed.

The hours are from 11:30am-9pm daily. We are flexible and are willing to offer split shifts (one employee works 11:30am-4:30pm, another from 4:30pm-9pm) if we can find two people who prefer that. The schedule isn’t fully set yet, but we will be looking to fill approximately 4 days a week.

We are looking for someone who is familiar with portrait photography and studio lighting, who is willing to jump on camera when needed, as well as act as a photographers assistant and help with customer care, such as sparking conversations, enticing people to come have a session done and dealing with questions and inquiries.

The pay structure will be $200/day ($100 for split shift), paid bi-weekly.

Parking fees will be reimbursed as well.

**Duties**
- Assist the lead photographer during photo shoots by setting up equipment, arranging props, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Help with the organization and maintenance of photography gear, including cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and backdrops.
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage and assist with video recording as needed.
- Jump on camera and act as lead photographer when needed
- Manage digital files by organizing, backing up, and archiving images and videos efficiently.

**Skills**
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and composition.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of photography techniques and equipment
- Outgoing nature to engage with festival attendees and encourage sales
