Parade Organics is looking for an independent self-starter to join our growing team at our Granville Island &/or Main Street boutiques from 20 hours/week to start.

This position involves working in our retail store, helping customers and keeping the shop looking great. Location could be at our Granville Island location or new Main Street shop at Main & 20th. Hours and location are flexible depending on the applicant's needs.

Parade has been a creator of the best in organic baby & kids' clothing since 2004. We sell wholesale to boutiques across Canada & the US., have a busy online shop, and have 3 retail locations: Gastown, Granville Island and Main Street.
- Have an enthusiastic approach to all you do
- Love the boutique environment, keeping the store clean and visually appealing, merchandising clothing and toys and creating displays
- Enjoy helping customers to find the perfect items, helping to create a unique and enjoyable shopping experience
- Be able to work independently and diligently during quiet periods, and be able to multi-task and work efficiently
- Effectively communicate Parade's business ethos and sensibilities

You:

- have an eye for clean, fun design
- are detail oriented
- enjoy a boutique environment, working independently, and with a small, close team

We are a small, independent brand offering a very friendly and creative environment with great people & flexible hours. This position is for 20 hrs/week but could be more depending on your needs. We can increase hours over time if this is what you're looking for, or may be perfect for someone who only wants a part time position.

Please specify your availability. One weekend day availability is required, but we do offer very flexible scheduling.
