The Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans that effectively align with company strategy and commitments.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, finances, and materials, while adhering to planned budgets.
- Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external vendors.
- Ensure all project milestones are reached and comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project outputs.
- Report regularly on the progress, risks, and potential strategies to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in project management, especially in construction or related fields.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve excellence.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $48,703.57-$80,559.40 per year
