We are in the business of delivering top quality automobiles and outstanding service. Therefore we need top quality technicians to give outstanding service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and perform vehicle maintenance and repairs according to KIA guidelines
- Inform Service Advisors of vehicle maintenance/repair requirements
- Inform Service Advisors when repairs are finished
- Check and verify parts before installation
- Assist in general housekeeping of the workshop

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma and/or post-secondary diploma/degree in Automotive Repairs
- Working towards Automotive Service Technician Licence
- Valid G Driver's License with a clean driving record
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Technician Apprenticeship
- Knowledge of and background in technical diagnosis and repair as well as electrical systems
- KIA product knowledge a definite asset
- Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, decision making and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask
- Highly self-motivated, committed team-player with the desire to learn
- The ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
- Proficient in English required

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- automotive technician: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- G Driver's License (preferred)
